    • We define a look and feel for the design by making mood boards. We define functional improvements with small product scenarios.
  • + Brainstorm and Sketch Sessions
    • We organize brainstorm sessions to come up with actual ideas. Sketch sessions will take place. A number of sketch designs are delivered.

    • In this phase a number of chosen sketch design is further refined in a 2D computer program. Detailed front, side and back views are created.
  • + 3D Modeling
    • Here we take the chosen design a step further by creating a virtual 3D model. All design details are now fully defined.
  • + Photo-realistic Rendering
    • The virtual 3D model is ‘rendered’. Materials are applied to all parts and lighting is set to create photo realistic images of the product.

  • + Technical Design Detailing
    • In this phase the design is fully technically detailed in 3D software. All parts are fully defined as well as their production techniques.
  • + Technical Drawings
    • Here the technical drawings are made. The product in now fully specified. These drawings are used to create the first prototype.

    • One or more prototypes will be made and tested. Any necessary changes will be made to optimize the design.
